This site is operated by JPG LLC ("JPG Print", "we", "us"), based in Tbilisi, Georgia. By placing an order through this site, you ("customer", "you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾) and include the product and, where applicable, custom printing. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Flitt) at checkout — we do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a submitted design cannot be printed, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
By uploading a design, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use and reproduce it, and that printing it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right of a third party.
We do not review uploads for legal ownership. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you agree to indemnify and hold JPG LLC harmless against any claim, loss, or damages — including legal costs — arising from a design you uploaded, including third-party intellectual-property claims.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any design we believe is illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate, without obligation to explain the decision.
At checkout you may choose in-store pickup in Tbilisi, or delivery to an address you provide. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on order volume and courier availability. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Because every item is printed to order for you specifically, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong print, etc.), contact us at info@jpgprint.ge within 7 days of receiving it, with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where we determine the fault is ours, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
We do our best to display products, colors, and print previews accurately, but screen displays vary and the final printed result may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPG LLC's total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your order.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using this site, you also agree to that policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
