Who we are

This site is operated by JPG LLC ("JPG Print", "we", "us"), based in Tbilisi, Georgia. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@jpgprint.ge.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Your first name, last name, phone number, and email address
Your delivery address, if you choose delivery instead of pickup
The design image you upload, if you customize a product, plus an automatically generated preview image of your design on the garment
Order details — product, size, color, quantity, notes, and price
Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see or store your card number)

We do not require an account, and we do not collect any data from you unless you submit an order.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

Process and fulfil your order (printing, packing, delivery or pickup)
Contact you about your order — confirmations, questions, or delivery updates
Charge payment for the order through our payment processor
Keep a record of past orders for accounting and customer support

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to run the shop. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as necessary for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data, subject to our legal obligation to keep order/accounting records

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses only the technical storage needed to keep you logged in if you access the admin panel.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with access-controlled database permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
